Operational Instructor Pilot

A vacancy for a OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTOR PILOT has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla.

**Mission and activity
**Inputs**:Training execution and training development programs.
**Mission**:Develops, execute, and reports on aircrew flight training programs associated with A400M and LTA aircraft. Acts as ground, simulator and flight
instructor for LTA and A400M covering the following tasks:

- **Perform synthetic flight training.**:

- **Perform flight Training**:

- **Development of training manuals and training support materials**:

- **Review and amend training documents.**:

- **Participate in production, delivery and ferry flights when requested**:

- **Participate in technical meetings when requested**:

- **Reporting**:
**Synthetic Training. **The instructor shall have to:

- **Perform FTD and FFS sessions on time and quality for assigned courses**:

- **Prepare the briefing for FTD and FFS sessions**:

- **Perform Briefing (1 hour) before the session and debriefing after the session with the customer**:

- **Fill the student progress note book**:

- **Report to the Head of Training any important customer deviation from the expected standards**:
**Flight Training. **The instructor shall have to:

- **Perform training flights on time and on quality for assigned courses**:

- **Check weather, NOTAMs and aircraft status before the flight**:

- **Prepare the briefing for assigned flights**:

- **Perform briefing (1 hour) before the session and debriefing after the session with the customer**:

- **Fill the student progress note book**:

- **Report to the head of Training any important customer deviation from the expected standards**:

- **Development of Training Manuals and Support Training Materials**:
The instructor shall have to:

- **Develop assigned training topics associated to A400M & LTA training manuals and support training materials on time and on quality**:

- **Report in a weekly basis the work status to the identified POC**:

- **Review and amend training documents**:

- **Review and amend assigned training topics associated to A400M and LTA training manuals and support training materials on time and on quality**:

- **Report in a weekly basis the work status to the identified POC**:

- **Participate in test, production, delivery and ferry flights**:
The instructor shall have to:

- **Participate and/or perform the flight preparation**:

- **Participate in production and ferry flights performing the assigned tasks**:
**Required skills**
- More than 5 years of experience as a Pilot
- More than 3000 flight hours
- Flight Experience on C295
- A400M and C295 instructor experience
- A400M tactical training experience
- C295 tactical training Expirence including the following areas: NVG, Formation Flight Aerial Delivery (Personnel and Cargo), Short Field Operation, LLF and AAR.
- Advanced level in English
