A400m Retrofit

An opoortunity within **A400M Retrofit Quality team **has arisen in **Airbus DS **in **Seville (San Pablo), **you will reinforce the **TOQOR3 department**
- The jobholder will support in situ the reception, modification, testing and delivery phases of the Aircraft to secure the proper execution of the activities, attestation of the documentation, solving in situ the blocking issues, supporting the documentation delivery to customer and solving the questions that customer may arise. Morning/afternoon shifts rotation maybe need to provide this support.
- The jobholder will coordinate quality activities and resources to secure the On Quality, On Time and On Cost performance.
- These activities will be performed under PERAM 145 regulation for MRO bussiness. The jobholder will secure the adherence to the regulation requirements as well as the quality management system requirements, company standards and values.
- Educated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality, Production Departments.
- Around 5 years of Project and Team Management will be a plus.
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
- Experience in managing people and conflicts.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish
- German or French would be an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to propose new ideas.
