**Job Description**:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations as well as to provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company's building systems and be able to fix minor defects.

**Main **Responsibilities**:

- Greet, assist, and/or direct the public to the appropriate host employee
- Prepare expense reports
- Check and send invoices to the accounts department
- Jira ticket monitoring
- Take charge of daily orders and stock take of office supplies, stationery orders, groceries, coffee, etc
- Find new suppliers
- Book taxis
- Upkeep of cleaning in office and studio
- Sticker management and supervision in the office
- Ordering and maintaining furniture
- Coordinate external supplier works in the building

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or general education degree.
- Background in Administration and Management or equivalent considered an asset
- Technical education will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Spanish
- Must be over 18 years old
