THE ROLE

Based in our International Office in Estepona-Marbella, the Marketing Coordinator reports to the VP International and works closely together with our internal and external marketing teams in Europe and in our HQ in the USA. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines, goals, and changing needs.

Objective of this Role
- Coordinate and support the execution of the marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Planning and developing social media campaigns, crafting compelling content or getting it developed, posting content across social media accounts, engaging with customers on different channels, analyzing running campaigns, and being on top of the latest social media trends.
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Work with the business development team to support our partners.
- Coordinate service providers like print contractors and translators.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent / Native in English and one other European language is highly regarded
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Established press and media contacts a plus
