We're looking for a Sales Lead to join our team and help us generate new business opportunities.

Mission:
As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Accountable for your team's performance by managing and paying close attention to key performance indicators and providing coaching and mentorship to Sales Reps when needed. A strong culture is pivotal to the success of WK Legal Software Solutions. You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining the culture by partnering with other Sales Leaders around Europe, inspiring and engaging the Sales Rep. and fostering a collaborative culture with other functions that support the go-to-market strategy (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Sales Support).

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee, lead, develop and grow the Sales Rep in their role to achieve their objectives.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Division to have an overview of market landscape.
- Undertake sales prospecting and consistently qualify leads.
- Accurate administration of deals in CRM system; effective follow-up on activities.
- Effectively and pro-actively offer support to help further sales opportunities that would benefit from special expertise.
- Often take the lead in different initiatives and come up with new relevant ideas.
- Fully understand the reasons for clients to consider investing in software, as well as the internal competition for budget, both in terms of money as well as time and attention.
- Independently create consistently high-quality proposals which always mirror the right value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales process and be responsible for delivering on target sales intake.
- Effectively plan and organize own work and deliver guidance to Sales Rep.
- Report directly to Business Unit Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Able to quickly identify relevant business challenges and effectively position relevant solutions.
- Expertise in connecting business needs to value proposition.
- Strong capability to create a sense of urgency and expert in visioning for clients.
- Good understanding of general technical concepts (e.g., Cloud, API, etc.).
- Strong organizer of own work and that of the Sales Rep, and maintain control of all deals simultaneously.
- Able to speak with different levels of the company (from secretary to CEO).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Natural empathy, using this to your advantage in sales cycles and in interaction with colleagues, national and international.
- High self-confidence since you are an example for others and know how to combine this with a serving and positive attitude and a drive to help others succeed.
- Show a high level of energy, combined with a strong desire to learn.
- Able to perform under pressure, and show a consistent high level of quality of work.
- Confident and able to guide and coach others.

**Experience**:

- 8-10 years as a Field Sales Executive (ideally in sales software solutions).
- 2 years as a Sales Lead, managing Sales Reps.
- Knowledge of the legal sector is a real advantage.

Background:

- Education equivalent to University Degree level.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Power Point and Excel.
