**About Us**

We're a small but mighty video agency based in Barcelona. We help B2B tech companies transform from 'boring' to heartfelt through brand and video storytelling. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Head of Production to bridge creative vision with exceptional execution and help us scale our production capabilities intelligently.

**The Role**

We seek a versatile production leader who can masterfully navigate diverse content needs - from high-end commercials to branded content, YouTube series, and corporate communications. You'll develop smart production strategies that maximise resources across different budget levels and project types, ensuring consistent quality whether we're producing a polished commercial or an engaging YouTube series.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead production strategies across our full range of content (commercials, branded content, YouTube series, corporate videos)
- Guide budget planning and resource allocation for varying production scales
- Build and maintain relationships with versatile production partners who can support different content needs
- Oversee freelance producers and ensure quality execution across all project types
- Design flexible production processes that work for both complex and more straightforward productions
- Manage project budgets, expense planning and profitability reporting across all our productions.
- Contribute strategic production insight to creative discussions
- Help define and maintain quality standards while adapting to different project needs
- Produce selected projects directly when appropriate

**What We're Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills**
- 5+ years of production experience across multiple content types in Barcelona
- Proven success managing varied productions: from traditional commercials to digital content
- A strong network of production partners suited to different project scales
- Experience optimising budgets across diverse content types
- Excellence in digital production tools and project management software
- Strong team leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish

**The Perfect Fit Will Also Have**
- Experience balancing resources across simultaneous projects of different scales
- Background in both traditional and digital-first content production
- Motion design and post-production workflow knowledge
- Experience working in creative agencies
- Background in B2B or tech sector projects
- International production experience
- History of implementing scalable production systems
- Experience managing remote creative teams
- Strong understanding of digital content requirements and best practices

**Working Model**
- As of 2025, our full-time team will be adopting a 4-day workweek with Fridays off
- Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 1-2 days a week to collaborate
- For this role, you will need to be present for key production meetings and shoots
- Working hours are flexible around production needs

**Location**
