PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Head of Creative at Avolta is responsible for defining the brand's tone of voice, leading innovative campaign development and ensuring high-quality, on-brand content across all channels.
The position holder collaborates with teams, oversees production, mentors creatives and aligns strategy with business goals.
This position reports into the Global Marketing Senior Vice President and can be based in Madrid, London or Milan.
RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Tone of Voice Defines and maintains the creative tone of voice for Avolta across all consumer-facing channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging Collaborates with marketing, content and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and align with Avolta's brand values Develops guidelines and frameworks that articulate the brand's voice, ensuring all written and visual content reflects the desired tone and style Lead the internal creative studio to deliver corporate assets that align with the Corporation's branding standards Creative Concept Development Leads the ideation and development of innovative creative concepts for campaigns, in close collaboration with Marketing Communication, product launches, and other brand initiatives across all retail and digital platforms.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Communication, Digital, Commercial, Entertainment, and Categories, to translate strategic goals into compelling creative strategies.
Keeps up with industry trends and consumer behavior insights to inspire fresh, relevant, and impactful creative ideas.
Production Oversight Oversees the production process for all creative assets, from concept though execution, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet brand standards and project objectives Manages external agencies, freelancers and production partners to deliver on creative projects within budget and timelines Ensures all creative outputs are on-brand, visually appealing and effective in driving consumer engagement and sales Leadership and collaboration Leads and mentors a team of designers and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Collaborates closely with senior leadership to align creative strategies with broader business goals Proves clear direction, feedback and supports team members, ensuring the successful execution of creative projects WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 10+ years of experience in creative roles with a proven track record in brand management and creative leadership Experience in translating strategic goals into engaging creative concepts Experience in leading and mentoring creative teams, ideally in a global environment Strong skills in project management Proficiency in overseeing the production of high-quality creative assets from concept to execution Ability to work closely with diverse teams and collaborate cross-functionally Excellent verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
