**Exciting Career Opportunity: Supply Chain Head**

Join a dynamic company as our Supply Chain Head and help drive us to become a global leader in automotive industry. Reporting to the COO, you will play a pivotal role in the motorcycle industry, ensuring our production, quality, and cost targets are met.

**Position Highlights**:
As the Supply Chain Head, you will lead a team responsible for the planning and delivery of parts to our assembly plant and dealers, with a hands-on approach. You'll collaborate with our engineering, production, and quality teams to streamline our operations and achieve outstanding results.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Supply Chain and Logistics team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Establish and maintain efficient Supply Chain processes and procedures.
- Identify key performance indicators to improve production and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various teams to address challenges and enhance processes.
- Drive cost-efficient operations while reducing waste and inefficiencies.
- Ensure safety stocks for production, spare parts, and non-production items.
- Lead logistics and line feeding operations to prevent production line stoppages.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Complementary education in Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, particularly in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic vision and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
