Head of Supply Chain, Europe

**Responsibilities**:
l Manage a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as sales data, inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations,typically with a large or complex global business unit.

l Independently execute the demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and identify issues and their impact. Communications direct to factory needed.

l Gather demand data from countries and regions to synthesize information using complex analyses and deliver demand signals to contribute to demand forecasting.

l Manage a team responsible for logistics, and make sure they run smoothly

l Manage and maintain supply chain inventory and records, including own warehouse and 3rd part warehouses.

l Review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

l Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

l Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)

l Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

l Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

l Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

l Other tasks assigned by CEO.

**Qualifications**:
l Bachelor degree or above in math, statistics or a related field

l Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field

l Very strong analytical and data modeling skills.

l Working experience of relevant software (Ex. SAP, WMS)

l Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes

l Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

l Good understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives.

l Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred for factory communications

**Salary**: 3,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
