Empresa líder en venta retail on line dentro del mercado de disfraces, accesorios y merchandising, en continua expansión con presencia en más de 60 países de todo el mundo y 5 sedes logísticas localizadas en diferentes países. Nos encontramos en búsqueda de dos puestos clave en nuestro equipo de desarrollo.
Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo un Técnico de Soporte en Logistica.
No se requiere experiência previa. Este puesto es ideal para aquellos que desean dar sus primeros pasos en el campo de la logística.

Se valorará positivamente conocimientos de logística relacionada con el comercio electrónico y con el funcionamiento interno de un almacén. Así como familiaridad con la gestión administrativa del transporte.

Tareas
- Imputación y Análisis de Costes de Transporte: Llevarás a cabo el seguimiento y análisis de los costes de transporte, contribuyendo a una gestión financiera eficiente.
- Soporte a la Operativa Diaria de los 5 Almacenes: Mantendrás una comunicación diaria con los jefes de equipo en los almacenes, asegurando que las operaciones funcionen sin problemas. Serás el vínculo entre los almacenes y los departamentos de Supply, Producto y Atención al Cliente.
- Seguimiento Operativo Diario de Envíos de Salida: Supervisarás la actividad diaria de envíos de salida, enviando pronósticos a los transportistas para garantizar las recogidas diarias y cumplir con los plazos.
- Soporte en el Análisis de KPI y Métricas de Servicio: Colaborarás en el análisis de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y métricas de servicio de los diferentes transportistas.
- Resolución de Incidencias en Transporte: Serás el punto de contacto para resolver cualquier incidencia relacionada con el transporte, asegurando la eficacia de las entregas.
- Soporte de Atención al Cliente: Ayudarás a resolver las dudas de los clientes en relación con incidencias relacionadas con el transporte, garantizando su satisfacción.

**Requisitos**:
**Imprescindible**: inglés B2: El conocimiento del inglés es esencial para la comunicación efectiva.

**Formación**:

- FP Superior en Admistración y dirección de empresas. FP Transporte y Logistica.
- Grado Universitario ADE, ECONOMIA, FICO.

Nível medio Excel.
