Job Description Summary:
The E-commerce Director is responsible for developing the e-commerce consulting offer and building relevant partnerships with main local and global e-commerce players for Havas Group and their clients. S/He leads the growth of Havas e-commerce capability by developing the optimal marketing approach, to retail insights/analysis, to consulting on setting up Marketplaces, along with direct to consumer & drive to retail experiences.

Job Description:

- Mission & Responsibilities
- E-commerce leadership
- Lead & embody the e-commerce expertise at the Agency level
- Champion Havas e-commerce offer - developing e-commerce experience beyond media, including retail support and insights, logistics, content and innovation
- Take a lead role in driving revenue growth and managing your P&L
- Work closely with data and strategy communities as well as client leadership and specialists’ teams
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders and partners to ensure optimized and innovative e-commerce recommendations
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure optimal delivery
- E-commerce Experience ownership
- Develop and present client strategies to meet their ecommerce needs
- Engage the right resources to develop a robust strategy and to execute upon it
- Take a key role in new business pitches
- Collaborate with specialists across Havas
- Engage and leverage partners (vendor services, content creation, logistics, media)

Previous Experience & Industry Background
- 10+ years professional experience in e-commerce
- E-commerce, Retail, Brand, Advertising

Qualifications & Languages:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
- Languages: English (Advanced)
