**Your role**:
The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee multi-regional kitchen and stewarding operations, ensuring culinary excellence across international markets. Reporting to the Global F&B Director, who leads and drives the global food and beverage strategy, the Corporate Executive Chef will align culinary operations with the company’s global vision. This role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing consistent standards, and ensuring high-quality execution while supporting broader strategic initiatives. The Corporate Executive Chef will play a key role in delivering innovation, operational scalability, and sustainability across all markets, contributing to business success even in challenging environments.
**Your Journey**:
- Oversee the performance of kitchen and stewarding teams across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the global culinary strategy.
- Implement solutions to optimize underperforming operations and drive process improvements that support the company’s overall strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development, ensuring teams are engaged, high-performing, and aligned with global standards.
- Develop and execute globally scalable culinary concepts in collaboration with the corporate vision, ensuring consistency in quality and service across regions.
- Adapt menus to meet local market preferences while upholding the company’s global culinary standards, ensuring brand consistency.
- Work closely with the Global F&B Director to execute process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives, focusing on cost control, waste reduction, and enhanced productivity.
- Support turnaround initiatives in underperforming areas, introducing best practices to improve kitchen and stewarding operations.
- Lead sustainability efforts in kitchen operations, aligning with the company’s global goals on responsible sourcing and waste reduction.
- Drive culinary innovation that enhances operational performance while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, supporting global strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all properties by delivering high-quality food and service, in line with the brand vision set at the global level.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent service excellence, adjusting as needed to meet specific market needs while maintaining global standards.
- Act as a key collaborator in the division, ensuring that culinary operations align with global growth strategies, sustainability goals, and the overall F&B vision.
- Contribute to global projects and large-scale initiatives, supporting the Global F&B Director’s mission to drive operational scalability and profitability across international markets.

- Extensive experience as a Corporate Executive Chef or in a similar role overseeing multi-regional culinary operations.
- Proven expertise in aligning culinary processes with global business strategies, as guided by senior leadership.
- Strong leadership in managing large, diverse teams and optimizing operations in complex and challenging environments.
- Ability to adapt culinary strategies across diverse cultural and regional contexts while maintaining global consistency.
- Expertise in sustainability practices, with a focus on environmentally responsible kitchen operations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Availability to travel frequently and work in a dynamic, multi-regional environment.
