Desde Winning Consulting estamos seleccionando un perfil de Accounting & Reporting Specialist para incorporar en agencia de valores líder en la intermediación de derivados financieros y el asesoramiento financiero a grandes empresas, entidades financieras, inversores institucionales y autoridades públicas, ubicada en Madrid.
Busca ampliar su equipo de Back Office con un perfil que de soporte de manera general al área en funciones diversas administrativas, y de manera específica en las tareas de Contabilidad, Control y Reporting Financiero.
**¿Qué buscamos?**
‒ Licenciados en Economía, Administración de Empresas y Dobles grado de ADE/Derecho.
‒ Buen expediente académico y conocimientos financieros, contables, mercantiles y fiscales.
‒ Experiência mínima de 1-3 años en auditoría (Big Four), consultoría, gestoría-notaría, etc. Conocimiento de buenas prácticas financieras.
‒ Habilidad para trabajar tanto de manera autónoma como en equipo, capacidad analítica y de comunicación en una empresa multinacional y multicultural.
‒ Persona con atención al detalle, responsable, rigurosa, ordenada con la documentación y organizada en la priorización de tareas y plazos.
‒ Nível avanzado en Microsoft Office: Excel y NAV Dynamics (ERP contabilidad-gestión financiera. En su defecto, conocimiento de otros ERP)
‒ Nível de Inglés alto oral y escrito (muy valorable, conocimientos de Francés).
‒ Capacidad de trabajo multitarea, proactividad e iniciativa, y esfuerzo bajo determinados momentos de carga elevada por ciclo de los procesos administrativos, tributario, regulatorio, etc.
‒ Muy valorable experiência en empresas reguladas.
**¿Cuáles serán las tareas más habituales en el día a día?**
Como parte del equipo de Back Office, participará en el proceso administrativo de cierre mensual de contabilidad (ciclo contable completo) a través de la herramienta Microsoft NAV Dynamic: contabilización de facturas, gastos de viajes, movimientos bancarios y tarjetas corporativas, archivo libros oficiales, facturación ventas y envío a clientes, etc.
Otros procesos de periodicidad mensual como apoyo a la emisión de nóminas, obligaciones tributarias, reporte a CNMV.
Con carácter anual, apoyará en otras tarreas eventuales como auditoría financiera e interna, presentación de libros oficiales y cuentas anuales, reporte a NFA, etc.
Apoyo a las funciones de control y reporte a la dirección y a otras áreas de la compañía:
Mediante la contabilidad analítica participará en la elaboración de informes para la toma de decisiones del equipo directivo, por líneas de actividad, establecimiento de KPIs más relevantes para el negocio, presupuestos anuales, etc., identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades de eficiencia.
Establecer procedimientos operativos para todos los procesos financieros y operativos. Monitorear el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, así como de las normativas y políticas contables y corporativas.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo ejecutivo para proporcionar información financiera, analizar si ciertos proyectos o ideas deben desarrollarse y respaldar el crecimiento de las distintas líneas de servicio de la empresa hacia negocios rentables.
Crear y analizar informes financieros (realizar proyecciones de P&L por compañía, unidades de negocio o proyectos, análisis de flujo de efectivo, escenarios de punto de equilibrio, y construir planes de negocios) para todas las unidades de negocios y proyectos/sociedades del grupo, de manera independiente y consolidada.
