**The role**

Partner with the Digital Personalization & Operations teams to build and manage a pipeline of advanced/predective analytics use cases that improve the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, increase efficiency of digital media, enable advanced segmentation of media audiences, website visitors, and database subscribers to increase performance and/or engagement, and increase the accuracy of measurement. Partner with the eComm team to build and manage a pipeline of advanced/predective analytics use cases that increase our understanding of eCommerce customer performance, portfolio and media/search performance in eComm channels and enable optimization. As well as contribute to get an holistic full funnel pespective with the aim to provide insights in relation to the consumer LTV.

As well as analysing and identifying opportunities from data sources, uncovering actionable insight, translating data into recommendations and meaningful summaries that will influence the company’s decisions. Partner with ASL/IT and the functional teams to run POCs and develop resources/programs to scale and industrialize proven use cases.

**What you’ll do**
- Deliver the Data Asset Roadmap for Digital Marketing & eComm use cases to be coordinated with and supported by the Data Governance & Systems manager and functional SPOCs/analytics leads. Holistic understanding of data sets and sources available at local, Zone, Global and Agency level, plus a perspective on additional data sources that should be cultivated.
- Deliver a Value-Driven, Use Case pipeline for Digital Marketing & eCommerce: lead ideation sessions and data experiments to generate use case hypotheses; guide data scientists in execution of POCs; recommend use cases to scale to Data Champions, Data Council and other LTs as required, providing visibility about the business impact and feasability.
- Scale proven Use Cases: define operational set up and resources needed to scale and industrialize proven use cases, including change management plans, financial requirements, governance and WoWs in partnership with functional SPOCs, BOP, IT etc.
- Provide expert data & analytics support to Functional SPOCs, lead trainings with EGD communities to increase overall organizational understanding and capability in data and analytics.
- Develop an understanding of trends and innovation in analytics, seek inspiration and best practices that spark innovation, aid in benchmarking and help the organization identify new tools and techniques that advance our analytics practice.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in generating and presenting insights from marketing & eCommerce data
- Experience with Data Visualization techniques and Data “Story-telling”
- Ability to understand how to design, build and integrate data from various sources
- Strong Problem-solving bias to establish efficient and automated processes for data analysis
- Familiar with Computational Marketing/Advertising areas : Audience modelling, Real-time bidding, LTV modelling and Predictive analytics
- Up-to-date with latest cutting edge analytics technologies/techniques
- Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Tableau (or similar)
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis for hypothesis and insights development ideal
- Fluent in English, another European language is a plus
