The Nespresso story began with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of espresso coffee.

To grow our Digital Product team in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a Head of Global Digital Products, a new role reporting to the Global Head of Digital Strategy and Expansion and working alongside key Global B2C & B2B channel and technology leaders

**Position Snapshot**
- Location: Esplugues de Llobregat. Barcelona
- Type of Contract: Permantent, full time
- Type of work: Hybrid/Remote
- Work Language: Fluent Business English. Conversational Spanish and French as a plus.

**Main Purpose of Job**:
The Head of Global Digital Products will guide the expansion of Nespresso’s Digital Product organization beyond eCommerce (Website, Mobile App, Content & B2B) to a more holistic, enterprise, channel-less scope incorporating digital product experiences to be used by Nespresso customers and employees in retail, call center and other interactions. Their main responsibilities will include:

- Partner cross functionally to build a comprehensive understanding of the consumer journey. Foster a spirit of innovation, customer centricity and business acumen that keeps product teams focused on delivering results across that journey.
- Develop and drive forward a comprehensive global product roadmap aligned with the company's vision, encompassing digital touchpoints such as Ecommerce, Mobile, Points of Sale, Order Management, 3rd party marketplaces, Customer Contact Centers, and Connected machines across B2C & B2B, that will deliver growth, efficiencies, increase customer and employee satisfaction and retention.
- Lead efforts to align Product Squads with Nespresso functions and channels, translating their vision and strategic objectives to shape a cohesive global product vision and roadmap. Build strong relationships with functions and markets on a foundation of trust.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global product roadmap aligned with the company's vision, encompassing digital touchpoints such as Ecommerce, Mobile, Points of Sale, Order

Management, 3rd party marketplaces, Customer Contact Centers, internal analytics, and Connected machines, across B2C & B2B channels.
- Lead and expand the team of Product Owners and Managers i(currently 25 with 7 direct reports) in defining product vision, principles, roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, planning, crafting business requirements (including User Stories), and collaborate on Business Cases and/or investment requests with key functional and channel leaders.
- Cultivate a collaborative, customer-centric team to deliver holistic products and services. Identify end-to-end requirements and anticipate customer and feature dependencies.
- Introduce novel product and experience ideas to address business challenges, question conventional approaches, and analyze industry trends for proactive decision-making.

**Key Experience**
- At least 10 years of successful experience and proven track record in leading and delivering Digital Product and eCommerce experiences (web and mobile) in an international context.
- Strong expertise in User Experience Research and collaboration with Design.
- Strong Product Management skills.
- Good experience working within Digital Marketing and Channel-specific stakeholders.
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and enterprise data environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.

**Other Requirements**
- Curiosity on new digital trends and user behaviors, active benchmarking.
- Ability to manage markets expectations and synthetize their requests.
