El/La Corporate Data Analyst formará parte del equipo de los Data Rebels en Leroy Merlin España, reportando a la Head of Corporate Data Analytics.
Su misión consistirá en:
- Desarrollar e implementar soluciones de analítica de datos asegurando la trazabilidad, y los criterios de _data quality_ que faciliten las acciones de mejora de la calidad de los datos como producto y activo generador de negocio.
- Facilitar el acceso a conjuntos de datos que permitan la generación de insights accionables de impacto a cualquier área de la compañía y resolver necesidades del negocio con datos. Industrializar las acciones de análisis que por su recurrencia o necesidad por parte de los equipos de negocio se vayan a realizar en el tiempo por parte de diferentes actores.
Funciones:
Estrategia corporativa de Datos:
- Implementar la estrategia de construcción del marco de datos de LME para garantizar su explotación por parte de los equipos de negocio y la empresa.
- Garantizar la calidad de los datos dentro del ecosistema LME, definiendo las reglas de _data quality_ necesarias, y asegurando cada dato como un “golden record”, que evite duplicidades y diferencias de criterio.
- Definir, junto con los equipos de negocio, indicadores y ratios, para su consumo dentro de la organización bajo un único criterio.
- Garantizar la trazabilidad del viaje del dato hasta el marco analítico de LME, desde la identificación del origen, ingesta, filtrado y sistemas de alerta.
- Definir y evolucionar las acciones necesarias para fomentar el autoservicio en la compañía, y el acceso a los datos y análiticas necesarias por parte de los equipos de negocio que eviten la manipulación de los datos fuera de estos ecosistemas, y por tanto la unicidad y calidad de los datos de base.
- Evaluar soluciones de analítica, servicios o partnerships que puedan dar a Leroy Merlin una ventaja competitiva.
Apoyo y refuerzo en la generación de insights de negocio:
- Acompañar a los equipos de business analysts en la construcción de insights de negocio que permiten lanzar acciones, decisiones o explorar oportunidades de desarrollo del negocio y su performance económico para reforzar la calidad de su trabajo.
- Apoyar a los departamentos que no cuenten con perfiles de business analysts en la construcción de insights de negocio que permitan lanzar acciones, decisiones o explorar oportunidades de desarrollo del negocio y su performance económico.
Proyectos de desarrollo de negocio y data driven:
- Inspeccionar, limpiar, transformar y modelar datos.
- Crear y poner en producción los datasets, mediante la transformación de datos y el modelado necesarios para dar servicio a las demandas analíticas de negocio según las prioridades de la compañía y la estrategia de datos.
- Explotar repositorios de datos para el análisis de fuentes complejas de datos de múltiples fuentes y análisis en profundidad.
- Análisis y definición de KPIs.
- Generar y mejorar herramientas analíticas como dashboards, reportes, visualizaciones y otras soluciones tecnológicas que aporten facilidades analíticas y proporcionen herramientas a negocio para la generación de insights y medidas accionables.
- Integrar en el marco de datos LME las necesidades de los nuevos proyectos y estrategia de negocio, asegurando las políticas de gobierno y calidad definidas por el responsable de Data Governance
- Construir e implementar todas las soluciones analíticas de consumo de información corporativas para los equipos de negocio, que aseguren un tratamiento de la información homogéneo (dashboards, reporting o datasets corporativos).
- 5+ años de experiência como Data Analyst o rol similar (proyectos, BI, visualización, reporting).
- Experiência con Cloud Data Warehouses/Datalakes
- Perspectiva de negocio.
- Experiência trabajando directamente con usuarios de negocio para construir reportes, dashboards y resolviendo preguntas de negocio con datos
- SQL avanzado (BigQuery)
- Visualización de datos (Looker, Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Ofimática nível avanzado.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Resolución de problemas complejos.
- Habilidad para liderar proyectos y trabajar de forma independiente.
