**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Risk & Compliance Analyst - FCC, **tu objetivo será gestionar y asegurar la implantación de mecanismos de control de las políticas del grupo, así como del cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable con objeto de asesorar adecuadamente a las diferentes áreas del negocio.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
Área de Responsabilidad - Función
- Desarrollar, actualizar e implantar las políticas y procesos de control de la compañía con el fin de salvaguardar los intereses de la compañía.
- Evaluar el impacto de las novedades legislativas, así como definir los requisitos de proyectos normativos
- Controlar, analizar y gestionar los aspectos en materia de PBC. Coordinar para la adaptación de las políticas a la nueva normativa. Elaborar informes y comunicación con órganos reguladores internos y externos.
- Elaborar reporting en materia de PBC y cumplimiento normativo

Auditoría
- Coordinar el sistema de control interno, realizando los controles oportunos, elaborando y proponiendo las mejoras necesarias con el objetivo de verificar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y normativa aplicable
- Validar la calidad de las evidencias aportadas para el cierre de recomendaciones.
- Planificar y dar seguimiento del estado de las recomendaciones.

Reporting
- Coordinar la gestión de los resultados de las revisiones realizadas por los auditores con el fin de asegurar la implementación de las acciones correctivas.
- Coordinación y comunicación de las Políticas (Política Anticorrupción, Política de PBC, etc...) y coordinación y seguimiento de su desarrollo, y posterior control interno.

**EXPERIENCIA**

2-3 años mínimo de experiência como analista de compliance

**EDUCACIÓN**

Licenciatura/Grado: Derecho, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas

Posgrado en Cumplimiento Normativo - Valorable

- Prevención de la financiación del Terrorismo
- GDPR
- Prevención del Blanqueo de Capitales y financiación del terrorismo (PBC)
- Introducción al derecho de la competencia
- Cultura de Riesgos
- Riesgo Operacional
- Seguridad día a día (Ciberseguridad)
- Conocimientos a nível de usuario de las aplicaciones de ofimática que ofrece la plataforma Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizativo y modelo de negocio
- Nível de Inglés ALTO. Tener capacidad de comunicación en una lengua extranjera dentro del ámbito profesional
