**What will you do**
Are you creative person with the strong interpersonal and technical skills? Are you able efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology?
Would you like to work within a team of graphic and motion designers passionate about the creation of stunning visual content? Then we are looking for you to join us on a maternity leave contract and manage our video production content, supporting our global internal customers.

**How will you do it**
- Ensure coordinated workflows amongst team members within video department
- Edit existing video and create new video content, in support of senior internal customers and their marketing objectives.
- Manage own project workflow and provides projected delivery dates to senior clients on new projects
- Analyze project demands and coordinate multiple projects
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets.
- Clearly present ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and best-practise standards.

**What we look for**
**Required**
- Extensive experience as a producer in a creative agency or production environment (digital, production, broadcast, post).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proven experience with on-set production and post production.
- Client facing experience.
- Previous experience working in a virtual or hybrid, high-growth, matrix-managed, geographically dispersed organization.
- Well versed in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Self-motivated and growth mindset.
- Ability to self-manage while managing assigned projects
- Excellent communication skills. in English language
- Experience with leading team

**Preferred**
- Working knowledge of After Effects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital or Broadcast production, or a related field.
- Experience in Integrated Marketing.
- Script writing experience.
- An understanding of 3D production
