Duties
Funciones:
- Productores de videojuegos con hasta 3 años de experiência.
- Profesionales de videojuegos a los que les guste la producción aunque hayan desarrollado su carrera en otras posiciones.
- Sobre todo personas que hayan intentado hacer su juego / empresa / equipo de desarrollo y hayan llevado la producción del proyecto.
- Profesionales de la producción o project management de software a los que les apasionen los videojuegos.
- Auditar si el proyecto está bien planteado en cuanto a jugabilidad, tiempo, recursos y costes, indicando al estudio aquellos aspectos que deba corregir para que el proyecto sea aceptado por RG.
- Definir los hitos entregables de software junto con su contenido detallado, acordados con el estudio de desarrollo y con el Director Editorial.
- Conocer exhaustivamente el juego (dominando los aspectos de desarrollo, producción, y técnicos) para la realización con éxito de las tareas del proceso de producción de desarrollo.
- Análisis y comparación de los juegos de la competencia, tanto comercializados como en desarrollo.
- Definir, supervisar y garantizar el plan de desarrollo hasta la consecución del juego en las calidades acordadas con los recursos asignados.
- Elaborar la biblia del juego, que debe contener toda la información esencial del mismo, de forma que cualquier persona que lea este documento entienda el juego tan bien como el propio Productor.
- Coordinar el día a día del trabajo con el estudio de desarrollo y los proveedores externos de desarrollo durante todas las fases del proyecto: pre-producción, producción, lanzamiento y post-lanzamiento.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida y satisfactoria con el estudio de desarrollo: escucharles, entenderles y ayudarles, con el objetivo de paliar o evitar situaciones de riesgo que puedan impedir la consecución del desarrollo en calidades y contenido en plazo.
- Revisar las builds entregadas por el estudio para comprobar que el desarrollo está alcanzado los hitos previstos en calidad, dentro de los plazos y ajustado a presupuesto. Corregir las desviaciones que se vayan produciendo.
- Facilitar al estudio de desarrollo los mecanismos, información y herramientas necesarios para desarrollar el juego según lo acordado con ellos, ayudándoles a potenciar al máximo su talento.
- Apoyar al Publishing Producer en la integración de la localización, así como la realización de cualquier otra modificación o adaptación en el juego pactada para la consecución de la edición Raiser Games.
- Supervisar los procesos de testeo de desarrollo, ayudando al estudio en todo lo que necesite para garantizar una versión final de desarrollo del juego libre de errores.
- Coordinar, gestionar y supervisar los trabajos realizados por proveedores externos de desarrollo. Incluye la búsqueda de colaboradores externos cuando la compañía no tenga identificados proveedores que puedan realizar las funciones requeridas.
- Coordinar con el Publishing Producer el mantenimiento y las actualizaciones de los juegos tras su publicación.
- Mantener informados puntualmente del estado del proyecto al Director Editorial y al Publishign Producer.
- Conocer los contratos firmados con el estudio de desarrollo para extraer aspectos que puedan afectar al desarrollo del juego.
Apoyo al departamento de Publishing:
- Definir los pilares clave del juego y resumir su esencia en una frase que sirva de guía durante la edición del proyecto.
- Presentar la evolución del proyecto al resto de RG de forma constante y bajo demanda en función de las necesidades de la compañía.
- Ser el principal punto de contacto del proyecto de desarrollo, consiguiendo y proporcionando cualesquiera materiales y conocimiento necesario sobre el juego a equipos internos y externos.
- Presentar el juego en desarrollo a medios y unidades del grupo a petición de Marketing y Comercial.
