**Meaningful Work From Day One**:
Establish an effective and trusted business partnering with Brown-Forman’s European Supply Chain, as well as a wide range of internal customers across all departments, taking ownership for all the gift procurement activities, including sourcing, control, execution, and supplier management for European gift program.

**What You Can Expect**:

- Provide raw material costs
- Tracks purchases and negotiates delivery times. Communicates status of purchases/deliveries to stakeholders as needed
- Adheres to standardized B-F Sourcing Policies and Procedures.
- Manage the overall relationship with existing suppliers including risk and performance management
- Formalize the product development timeline with the supplier
- Point of contact for price changes, complications in supplier commitments, cost-savings ideas, quality concerns, contingency planning, etc.
- Building strategic relationships and expanding supplier capabilities
- Assist Corporate B-F Sourcing with business decisions made in support of overall European Gift strategy
- Point of contact with B-F Packaging, Quality Assurance, EMO, Project Management

**What You Bring To The Table**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Procurement or Purchasing; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or related discipline;
- Tender Management and contract negotiation experience;
- Demonstrated ability to make clear and concise oral written communications especially in describing materials and completed packages;
- Proven track record of successful related work within a changing environment; Demonstrated ability to work in an administrative capacity including budget development and control;
- Demonstrated organization skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts and with diverse cultures; Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information.

**What You Can Add to the Team**:

- Prior Experience in wine and spirits or luxury FMCG industries
- Experience with Coupa, SAP, and other procurement tools.
