Senior Sales Excellence Process Owner

**What You'll Do**:
Mission: Partner with commercial teams and internal IT to boost sales efficiency by delivering projects focused on sales process and tooling improvements. Drive excellence to maximize Sales Tech stack ROI.
About the role:
You are a skilled Process Owner to oversee the implementation of various processes and tools in alignment with Criteo's Tech Stack strategy. You’ll be acting as a trusted partner to our internal clients and technical department, that is able to solve business problems using several methods. By leveraging your good understanding of CRM capabilities (the Salesforce platform) but just as importantly, your top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.
With the ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence you will drive process (re)design throughout your project(s) and keep up with the north start of our longer-term business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with different levels of Criteo’s commercial organization to translate business needs and processes to solutions while prioritizing the identified requirements.
- Design and build a client 360 view, capturing key client relationships within the media industry context.
- Work out a target data model that acts as a foundation for the full sales cycle of the entire commercial organization. Translate complex business processes into simple, understandable, and easy to execute workflows.
- Act a process owner by analyzing, reflecting on current CRM process, and propose actionable, out of the box solutions that enhance process adherence and improve functionality for Sales users and maximize their outputs with automation where possible.
- Develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement for our sales teams.
- Solve challenges using advanced problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues to leaders as needed.
**Who You Are**:
- You have a strong business mindset, and a good understanding of how commercial teams operate. You have experience in a sales role, or a central strategic function such as sales / revenue operations or consulting.
- Analytical background gives you the ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear insights.
- Excellent English (speaking and writing) and ability to liaise with and present to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving complex projects, illustrating great organizational and project management skills; ability to manage or contribute to several work streams and projects at once.
- Having worked with a CRM before is a must, and having Salesforce experience is preferred. Any knowledge on building a brand-new CRM is an advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making with commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and with multiple functions and teams (finance, product, internal IT ).
