**What is the Role?**

This is a key role within our European business and will play a vital part in our Net Zero commitment and ambitious growth strategy, come and help us Power Change in Europe

You will join a Renewables business that will lead activities across several Southern European countries (Spain, France, Italy and Greece, but open to others in the future) with our major Hub in Spain. The working environment will be international, diverse, inclusive and in growth mode. Our main objectives are to develop, build and own renewable energy plants - mainly Wind Technology but also Solar, Storage and Hydro across Europe to achieve our Net Zero commitments.

As our Team Support Administrator, you will provide direct support to the Director and work closely with the Leadership Team to assist in the coordination and successful delivery of the project work activities and administration.

The role will ensure all the teams’ movements, calendars, meetings and necessary scheduling are carried out smoothly and efficiently, as well as managing the preparation, compilation and translation of key project documents including creating and editing Powerpoint Reporting Presentations.

A key element of your role will be to coordinate and ensure the efficient and timely general administration of project business and transactional documentation, such as invoices, POs, requisitions and external resource engagement requests.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Extensive experience in a similar business support or administrative role and is competent liaising with and coordinating Senior Level Stakeholders
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English are essential for this role, additional European Languages are desirable, along with great people skills and ability to comfortably communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation in a professional and responsible manner.
- High level organisational and visual aid skills with the capability to manage and prioritise your workload efficiently.
- Ability and comfortable in challenging existing company policies, procedures and standards where appropriate and be willing to provide suggestions for improvements.
