**What You Will Do...**
**Responsibilities**:
**Salesforce Configuration and Customization**:
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the software sales process.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, validation rules, and flows to support complex business requirements.
- Manage and enhance Salesforce data model, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
**User Management**:
- Administer user profiles, roles, and permissions to align with organizational needs.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce by the sales team.
**Integration Management**:
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
**Sales Process Optimization**:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand and optimize lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close processes.
- Implement and improve automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks.
**Reporting and Analytics**:
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
- Regularly analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**System Maintenance and Upgrades**:
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, and implement system enhancements accordingly.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
**About You...**
- **Salesforce Administrator certification is required**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
- Experience with SOQL, Sales Cloud, DLRS, Low-Code Automations customization using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Experience with Salesloft, Zoominfo, Ringlead Sales and Operations OS, Account Engagement (Pardot) or Marketing Cloud knowledge is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of integration best practices and experience with third-party integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**We are a remote company. To ensure overlap with most of the team, we’re looking for someone who will have a significant overlap with US Eastern and European working hours. If working from the US, you must be located in Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina. We do not process payroll in other US Eastern time zone states. In office work available in Raleigh, NC; Vienna, Austria; Toulouse, France; and Aylesbury, UK.**
