**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
Buscamos una persona que sea capaz de inspirar a un gran equipo humano formado por 12 personas. Una persona que tenga experiência en el sector energético y que haya gestionado departamentos de back office, fidelización, atención al cliente. Alguien con pasión, ambición y que le entusiasme los retos. Una persona analítica, capaz de buscar soluciones innovadoras.
**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**
Lideras el departamento de back office de Novaluz energía, compuesto por 12 personas y que esta en constante crecimiento. Tendrás que que inspirar a tu equipo para llegar a los objetivos marcados y conseguir ser uno de los mejores departamentos de atención al cliente y back office del sector.
**¿Qué requisitos buscamos?**
- Necesitamos que tengas experiência en el sector de la comercialización energética eléctrica.
- Haber gestionado equipos grandes distribuidos en diferentes departamentos.
- Tener mas de 3 años de experiência en puesto similar.
- Haber conseguido retos de ventas importantes en las empresas en las que hayas trabajado y que hayas conseguido un crecimiento en tus equipos.
- Clara orientación a resultados.
- Perseverante, nunca te rindes.
- Comprometida, entusiasta y con actitud positiva
- Formación: Bachillerato, se valorará estudios superiores.
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Contrato Indefinido.

- Horario de 9:00h a 17:00h de Lunes a Jueves. Viernes 9:00h a 16:00h
