**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
Find your place at Amaris Consulting as **Agile Coach** in** Barcelona (hybrid), **for one of our main multinational partners of the pharmaceutical field. Start your new adventure in an international and agile environment, transitioning our existing work practices to a full embrace of agile mindset.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Communicate **agile** principles, **Scrum/Kanban** practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams.
- Lead stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status.
- Support teams in ensure smooth project **delivery**.
- Work as a team member with the existing Agile coaches in the department and collaborate in bringing the **Agile Mindset** into concrete actions.
- Participate in workshops and sessions focused on spread the culture and show the others with full transparency why, what and how are we working as a team.
- Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching.
- Promote a culture of continuous **improvement**, setting goals and milestones.

✍️ **WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️
- **4 or more years of experience** as Agile coach, using Kanban and Scrum
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.
- Experience in working in agile product **delivery** of varying size and complexity.
- Strong skills for **leading**, educating, and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal **communication**:

- Certification as agile coach or scrum master is an asset.
- Educational **background** in computer science.
- **Fluency in English is a must**. Any other language would be considered a plus.
