POSITION
**JOB MISSION**
The Private Client Manager will:
- Implement business strategies to increase existing business and capture new opportunities by targeting (U)HNWI through nurturing key relationships and extending personalized services.
- Achieve budgeted sales turnover, profitability ratios, client acquisition and development targets through direct connections and luxury experiences. 1.8M€ NSI is the sales objective on first year, by activating a personal network of private clients.
- Be able to represent the brands to consumers through Ambassadorial duties, event hosting with elegance and loyal incarnation of brands DNA.
- Identify, validate and implement the optimal RTM to deliver our products and ubber pieces to private clients based in Africa-Middle East
PROFILE
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate direct sales to clients via personal network, engaging (U)HNWIs with the support from Private and Brand Teams.
- Develop strong relationship with new and existing clients, maximizing repeat sales, cross-sales and up-sales of prestige, rare and exclusive items within our portfolio.
- Manage and ensure commercial relationship from prospection to invoicing, sales, delivery and after-sales follow-up in collaboration with the rest of the organization.
- Work closely with the BDD Southern Europe and Moët Hennessy Private teams to create customer engagement opportunities.
- Grow an imitate knowledge of the products and services, promoting and selling them with a high degree of expertise (also in the world of fine wines).
- Craft and execute prestigious, tailor-made client experiences such as private wine tastings, dining events, winery visits and other forms of engagement to drive sales.
- Plan and implement sales campaigns and activation plans to address the targeted audience within the allocated advertising and promotions budgets, and measure sales ROI.
- Embody and build equity for the Prestige & above Offerings to generate goodwill amongst Private Clients, (U)HNWIs, media, brokers, luxury partners and trade.
- With the support of the BDD Southern Europe, manage the product allocation and build a high level of demand among the targeted clients.
- Leverage (Ultra) High Net Worth Individuals and constitute a sustainable network in Spain with a strong focus on Madrid, Barcelona, Andorra to recruit residents in Spain.
- Implement and secure valuable partnerships with luxury brands carrying similar values (cross-fertilization).
- Optimize the use of CRM strategy.
- Accountable for the (U)HNWI sales budgets of the brand portfolio, collaborating with other team members to achieve sales.
- Report to BDD Southern Europe in hard line and GM MHSpain in doted line.

**CANDIDATE’S PROFILE**
**Languages**
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
**Professional experience & know how**
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field driving Direct B2C Sales with (U)HNWIs, including an operational sales experience in the luxury sector.
Strong knowledge and feel for international luxury goods & services (passion for wine & spirits would be beneficial but not mandatory)
Proven ability to initiate, negotiate and close deals with (U)HNWIs while ensuring the appropriate commercial follow-up
Must have a sharp understanding of luxury consumers’ profiles, aspirations, lifestyles and spending habits / motivations in the local market
Strong operational knowledge of demand & brand building.
Proven track record in consistently achieving ambitious sales targets and meeting challenging deadlines
**Technical & management skills**
Complete commercial skills from client acquisition & development, to negotiation, sales conversion, repeat sales, cross-selling and up-selling/trading up
Management and execution of client engagement activities such as events
P&L understanding (commercial and financial ratios), budget management
Familiar with sales monitoring and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
Solution-oriented with a sense of achieving goals with/through people
