Estamos buscando una persona apasionada y dinámica para ocupar el puesto de Customer support en OK Clinker.

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**

Como CS tu rol será crucial en la satisfacción del usuario. Trabajarás estrechamente con el equipo de operaciones para integrar en tiempo real el feedback del usuario.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

- Seguimiento de la actividad de los usuarios en la plataforma
- Actuar como punto de contacto entre proveedores y usuarios asegurando una excelente experiência de usuario.
- Facilitar asesoramiento a los usuarios en relación a los materiales que necesitan.
- Gestionar y solucionar incidencias en coordinación con el equipo de tecnología.
- Recoger feedback de clientes para plantear mejoras del servicio.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Producto para introducir nuevas funcionalidades.

**Qualifications**

Buscamos a una persona apasionada y proactiva con experiência previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en la industria de la construcción.
- Experiência probada en roles de atención al cliente, preferiblemente en los sectores de construcción, herramientas o tecnología.
- Conocimiento del sector de la construcción y herramientas, junto con la capacidad para mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado.
- Titulación mínima: un ciclo formativo de grado medio
- Altamente motivado, autónomo y orientado a cliente. Con la capacidad de establecer y alcanzar metas ambiciosas.
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y organizativas.
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas basadas en datos.
- Habilidades superiores de comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones.
