JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role is integral in contributing to Spain & Portugal businesses growth, responsible for the managing, achieving retention and growth of an extensive client portfolio through the client lifecycle.

We are looking for a professional with native Spanish and fluent in English and Portuguese, with experience in customer service and the advertising industry. Proactive, customer-oriented and good communication skills are a must. If you are a strong communicator with attention to detail, have a proven ability to support, retain and grow client accounts and are ambitious to advance in a traffic and client-oriented role, this is the opportunity for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To create, develop and nurture great client and broadcasters relationships and to ensure that they are looked after.
- To secure efficient delivery process, within SLA's.
- To build long lasting relationships with customers, placing clients at the forefront of all thinking and decision making.
- To perform client demos (face to face or on the phone).
- Tracking and escalation of any client issues, being the client's advocate to ensure that any issues are dealt with swiftly and to mutually agreed deadlines.
- Act as a trusted advisor and credible support to all clients, proactively and reactively through outstanding customer service, meeting or exceeding clients' expectations.
- Proactively engage with and create effective client relationships.
- Work closely with clients and identify potential needs for our products, services and upgrades that represent value to the client and revenue growth for Adstream.
- To assist in adding information to the database for clients.
- To establish and coordinate planned visits at the customer location and Adstream offices.
- To provide support to additional departments when required, as required and share knowledge and ideas.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Min. of 2-3 years of proven experience in client service / client relationship management role within complex environments.
- Thorough understanding of working practices and adhering to approved workflows.
- Experience in advertising, broadcast & media industry.
- Client centric approach to work with the ability to understand and facilitate clients' needs.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of products and solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, timely and effective).
- Strong judgement and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Accountable (can be counted upon, nothing too much trouble).
- Innovative (challenge, improve).

LANGUAGES:

- Native Spanish, fluent in English & Portuguese.
