In this role you will be responsible for leading the Operations function for Service of Electrification in Spain, with full accountability of running the day-to-day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution, in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Customer focus:
- Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility.
- Ensures customer retention by delivering superior customer service experiences.
- Relentlessly drives improvement of the customer satisfaction.
- While on-site, works with the customer to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points.
- Utilizes the local practices for notifying the account team of opportunities.
- Service delivery:
- Accountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value-chain for the area of responsibility, from customer to supplier and from order to delivery of services, products, and projects.
- Drives performance of the operational service activities by following up key performance indicators (KPI's) and driving corrective actions based on them.
- Ensures effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Accountable for effectively balancing the existing capacity with customer demand and workload.
- Accountable to ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, policies, and procedures related to service operations/project execution.
- In alignment with the respective group, business area, and division policies, responsible to introduce, across the area of responsibility, standards and guidelines, standardized processes, and KPIs.
- Accountable for operational risk management, validates and improves reliability and effectiveness of business operations.
- Service excellence:
- Accountable for the effective deployment of ABB’s Quality strategy for the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for quality assurance, quality control, and for the implementation of an integrated quality management system for the area of responsibility.
- Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements in order to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in the own area of responsibility.
**Your background**:
- Relevant experience in managing Service Operations, especially the contract management.
- Sound knowledge of low and medium voltage equipment.
- Experience managing subcontractors and third-party teams.
- Spanish proficient and high level of English are required
- Current working license valid in Spain
