About you and this role
We are looking for you, an ambitious Industrial or Chemical engineering Fresh Graduate, to support our TES Maintenance Productivity team by doing an internship project for our location in Tarragona, Spain.
The department that will welcome you is Technical Expertise & Support (TES), an integrated Team from Engineering, Maintenance and Technology Centers. TES provides maintenance, process improvement, project execution and operation support via best-in-class technical solutions to Dow businesses. TES unleashes new collaborative power, to optimize the contribution of Dow's asses effectively and seamlessly throughout their life cycle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, plan & execute maintenance activities in a certain area of responsibility.
- Ensure and optimize resources needed to execute maintenance minimizing schedule and cost.
- Lead and collaborate in risk analysis activities to ensure a successful and optimized execution of maintenance activities.
- Ensure work is executed flawless and without safety incidents.
- Evaluate and accommodate activity level to meet budget needs.
- Work with external partners to evaluate new technologies which deliver a competitive advantage to Dow in terms of safety, cost and/or productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- You have a Master’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or any related fields, issued in a Spanish university.
- You have recently finished your master’s studies (Fresh Graduate).
- You have 0-2 years of experience.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
- You are able to start as of February or March 2024 (exact date will be discussed).

- You have capacity to learn fast and interpersonal effectiveness.
