About you and this role - What you would do in this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Intern to join our team and assist in the development and implementation of technical solutions through hands-on experimentation and problem-solving for research problems that are well defined.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducts research on assigned projects using working knowledge of scientific principles, theory and experimental design within a scientific discipline.
- Develops and implement technical solutions through hands-on experimentation/problem-solving for research problems that are well defined within a project area.
- Consistently applies the Scientific Method in the planning and execution of experimental plans and problem solving.
- Formulates hypotheses and develops experimental plans to test hypotheses.
- Learns the appropriate use of Six Sigma tools to solve complex problems.
- Keeps current with developments in relevant area of technology.
- Serves as an information resource for the project team and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of team alignment with R&D and Business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Additional notes
- Duration of the internship will be 6 to 9 months (exact duration will be discussed based on the availability).
