**THE POSITION**

We are looking for an IT Lead Business Consultant, to lead the "Digital Asset Management" capability in IT Marketing & Sales E2E Global Content management cluster for Human Pharma and Animal Health, and your main duties will be:

- Business Consultancy: Adopts a leadership role in influencing IS-related business decisions through a consistent and direct engagement of clients at all levels in multiple business domains. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of multiple business domains, including all business processes, and the interactions between these business domains.
- Project/Program Management: Independently plans, organizes and oversees resources to achieve the goals and objectives of multiple small projects or a large project. Addresses all other aspects of the IS Business Partnering Project Manager role.
- Demand Management: Performs a liaison function between the business and all providers of technical services. In close partnership with all business stakeholders, influences, and independently prioritizes complex demands on multiple IS services to maximize value to the business.
- Digital Asset management: Support current and future states of digital content creation and execution for flexible omnichannel sue, including modular content and automation of the content E2E Management process and platforms

Tasks and responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent and business experience at least 7 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience managing consultant resources and external creative and technical personnel in a fast-paced and complex project environment.
- Experience line-managing a small team of IT or business-related professionals is a plus
- At least 3 years working in a DevSecOps model or as a Technical Product Owner is a plus
- At least 2 years working in Agile Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming is a plus.
- Deep knowledge and extensive practice of digital asset management and knowledge organization theories and practices
- Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Willingness and readiness to travel occasionally.
- Strong communication skills, strong relationship development and management capabilities.
