**What would you be doing as a Booking Sales Agent?**:

- Respond, research and guide customers who are willing to book a new accommodation with us.
- Provide customers with detailed information about our services in order to answer possible questions and create future bookings.
- Communicate customers' feedback and suggestions to other departments in order to make continuous improvements.
- Maintain a consistent and positive system of communication with both landlords and tenants to encourage open discussion.
- Ensure that customers who use our website have all the information and support necessary to make a booking request and that this booking request is closed smoothly.

**What are we looking for?**:

- **High English and Spanish level. German, French, Portuguese, or Italian would be a big plus**
- Have both a sales and customer service mindset to provide the best possible service to our customers - both tenants and landlords
- Be flexible to work some weekends
- A high level of both verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven track record of achieving/exceeding individual targets consistently in a commercial environment.
- Positive and decisive language when speaking to customers. The ability to understand customer needs and make the selection of a property a personal and tailored experience.
- Effectively and efficiently manage time multi-tasking skills in order to convert potential customers into tenants who place a reservation in Spotahome.
- Provide a personalised service to the main partners who cooperate with Spotahome.
- Open minded and well-travelled person with an international perspective as you will be talking with hundreds of people from all over the world everyday.
- Goals oriented and a desire to always be learning.
