**Our opportunity**

As an Investment Data Operations Team Lead you will provide financial and investment related data with high levels of quality and consistency. Develops the services concerning governance, processes and distribution of data and pricing and reacts to regulation and business changes in a timely manner. Local Data Operations Team is part of a global team and requires some flexibility to work extended hours during month end activities and on local holidays.

**Your role**

**As an Investment Data Operations Team Lead your main responsibilities will involve**
- Delivers financial, investment, pricing, and valuation data according to agreed Standard levels and service scopes working with own team and/or with service providers
- Runs daily business and closes deliverables in terms of reference data, pricing, and valuation.
- Manages the global activities of the Data Operations Teams in the different locations, mainly organizing and monitoring daily and monthly closing activities.
- Reviews all the predefined global (and group) requirements and controls regarding reference data/ pricing.
- Reviews, designs and drives improvements and automation on all existing processes
- Continuously improves data quality, integrity, and consistency in the data supply chain.
- Supports the global organization in projects by acting as a Subject Matter Expert in addition to BAU activities.
- Reviews and supplies regular and ad hoc reconciliation of Investment Information Solutions data and accounting data and ensure it is produced to the highest standard.
- Acts as service owner vis-à-vis stakeholders and as a single point of contact on investment data matters.
- Manages demand and meets all project requirements ensuring alignment to global standards.
- Enables information flows between various teams and team members in terms of processes, incidents, documentation, interaction model or other open topics ensuring transparency.
- Acts as local contact for external partners and vendors and manages the vendors actively.
- Provides input into strategic Data Management topics and supports such implementation
- Strongly supports the Service Manager Data Solutions in overall strategic direction of the team and in implementing strategic initiatives
- Creates a trusted and enabled environment where each team member can work at their best.
- Coaches, develops, and inspires team members to help individuals reach their full potential
- Coaches and assesses team members in establishing and leading high-performing teams, supporting the teams to reach their full potential
- Makes the teams aware of what the team's business purpose is and how they deliver on that purpose
- Leads the functional area, makes the teams aware of what they are required to achieve and how they are performing against their objectives. Sets objectives, reviews performance, and provides on-going formal and informal feedback.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an Investment Data Operations Team Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the finance industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management / engagement skills
- Solid financial market knowledge
- Experience in managing financial market instrument information is a plus
- Experience in the Fund Administration business is a plus
- Knowledge of Bloomberg is desired
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent service-oriented attitude
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
