Administrative Assistant, Commercial Operations

Resumen:
Posición de Administrative Assisstant para el Departamento de Operaciones Comerciales: Customer Service, Compras producto terminado, compras materias primas, facturación y logística, planificación.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Facturación y gestión de pedidos de compra nacionales, comunitarios, importaciones y triangulares
- Seguimiento de todos los pedidos de compra con las proveedores
- Control, revisión y envío de documentación para la Aduana
- Confección y seguimiento del listado de llegadas de importaciones de compras de materia prima
- Regularización de stocks
- Resolución de incidencias
- Alta de proveedores
- Gestión de devoluciones proveedores
- Pedido de gastos de proveedores
- Gestionar reclamaciones de proveedores relacionadas con pagos y facturas
- Preparar cartas de entrega en cuarenta
- Informes de compras
- Alta de proveedores
- Emisión de seguros triangulares
- Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de Planning, CS y Facturación ayudando al equipo cuando sea necesario
Cualificaciones:
- Experiência previa en departamentos de Compras/facturación/CS
- Nível Medio/Alto de Inglés, sobre todo escrito
- Conocimiento de SAP obligatorio
- Excel nível alto, tablas dinámicas
- Actitud positiva, ganas de aprender, capacidiad de multitasking y buen desempeño bajo presión
- Buenas relaciones interpersonales y trabajo en equipo
- Disponibilidad: Incorporación inmediata
