Our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness IT Department is looking for a fast learner and team player **IS/IT Business Analyst - Out of Home Service Tech.**

The OOH (Out Of Home) Tech product team is supporting Nestlé Professional, Nespresso, Nestlé Waters and any Out of Home Nestlé businesses through the provision of a CRM solution and other digital capabilities to provide efficiency and effectiveness for the sales and technical reps operating in the field.
The OOH channel covers meals, beverages and snacks supplied by commercial food service establishments and by eating facilities in non commercial institutions. In Nestlé we are enabling our categories such as coffee, food or water to engage this channel for selling our products and services (Trade Asset).

**What you’ll do**
- Support the Product Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product
- Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
- Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain
- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value
- Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
- Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area
- Business experience in food service or B2B is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business customer acquisition and related processes (ie Acquire, Attract, Grow, and Retain) and a clear ability to translate these requirements to development teams
- Strong experience with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and SAAS solutions
- Experience with Out of Home (Food services) sales and after sales processes preferred
- Experience with SAP C4C and SAP ERP preferred
