We are seeking for an IT Business Analyst in Controlling (SAP Specialist) to join our Finance, Control and Legal Department.

The Role
The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements and develop an integrated technology solution and services for the finance community, striving to generate concrete business value.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to e-commerce integration in controlling.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential solutions and suggest best practices for integration.
  • Implement new e-commerce solutions in the backend IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and peak performance.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation to guarantee successful implementation and delivery of e-commerce solutions.
  • Work with IT teams to design, configure, and test e-commerce systems within SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Perform data analysis and offer insights to support decision-making concerning e-commerce performance and controlling.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or business. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst, particularly in e-commerce integration and controlling.
  • At least 8 years of experience with SAP solutions (Business Warehouse and Margin Analysis) and extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or THG.
  • Strong expertise in SAP solutions (Business Warehouse and Margin Analysis) with a solid understanding of e-commerce or retail platforms like SAP BRIM/FICA with sub-ledger concepts.
  • Robust experience in Management Accounting and financial accounting principles with the ability to lead business discussions, gather requirements, and write documentation (Functional and Technical).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Capable of creating clear and concise presentations for stakeholders summarizing architecture options, processes, and design implications.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in building system integration solutions.
  • Possess analytics capabilities, Power BI, Azure knowledge.
  • Understand Snowflake in the context of reporting and interfaces.
