**What you will do**:

- Participate in the definition and monitoring of digital business objectives by acquiring a global vision of the company's challenges.
- You will track business KPI's to support decision making. Working with the various teams to understand their needs.
- Lead the company's business analysis in order to achieve the company's objectives.
- Improve web performance using the available levers.
- Integrate a multi-disciplinary international team of digital analyst, data scientist, CRO and business specialists on digital environment.
- Ownership of the tools used to display data to stakeholders.
- Analysis and evaluation of promotions, providing results and conclusion to main stakeholders always under a effective comunication and visual analysis.
- Collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to drive insights.

**What you will bring**:

- 3-5 years of professional work experience as a Ecom Analyst or a similar role.
- Experience working in other ecommerce.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Business level expertise in English.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A person who is quick-witted and eager to learn.
- Dashboarding and reporting experience.
- Manage global analysis for the company working with different departments.
- Experience in Google ecosystem essential (GA/GA4, Big Query).
- Business acumen and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- You will have to make data lead the most important decisions in ecommerce.
- Manage and coordinate analysis involving various data sources (SAP, Salesforce, GA).
- Elaborate improvement proposals based on the conclusions of the analysis.
- Experience in presenting conclusions of an analysis and high communication skills.
- Experience in the fashion or retail sector is a plus.
