To support our continuous growth and expansion into new markets, we are looking for an experienced GLOBAL OPERATIONS MANAGER with passion for solar energy.

As the Global Operations Manager you will be responsible for the company worldwide Operation Strategy, leading the company to success in all the markets where we will be active. You will be responsible for the overall management of all the operations of ezzingSolar worldwide.

We are looking for a savvy and articulate person, with an international vision, that can work independently, assume responsibility and identify growth opportunities.

**Main Goal**:

- Manage ezzingSolar global expansion into new markets
- Define Operations Strategies to be implemented
- Deal with a multi-country environment growing company

**Responsibilities**:

- Full Profit and Loss responsibility of the international Projects to achieve financial and operational expectations (together with the local Country Managers)
- Provide thorough oversight to monitor and control the project, managing status, issues, and real/target outcomes, so corrective actions can be taken proactively as opposed to reactively to keep the project on track to meet or exceed targets
- Contribute to business meetings, developing successful client/supplier relationships securing a positive outcome for the project
- Assist local teams in creating new partnerships (utilities, energy companies, financial partners, etc)
- Assist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers for contracts (solar installers, components distributors, etc.)
- Project management report updates to ensure that schedules and plans are meeting Project expectations and timelines (together with the Project Manager)
- Project updates of cost controls, budgets, project forecasts and profitability
- Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing department for the generation of the required marketing actions in the different countries
- Define the responsibilities and roles of subordinate personnel that promote greater professional competence, appropriate training, motivation, development, and implementation of the organizational structure of division
- Build, develop and motivate a team of professionals when required
- Report directly to the Management Board
- Willingness to travel worldwide 30-40% of the time

**Education**:
Completed university degree in Engineering, Business Administration/-Economics, MBA, Sales Management or similar.

**Experience**:

- You have a senior profile (5-10 years) with a business or entrepreneur experience
- Proven experience working abroad, leading projects in an international environment
- Experience within the Solar or Renewable Energy is desired but not mandatory. Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic multi-cultural matrix organization
- People management experience, managing a team and attracting and growing talent

**Skills**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Passion for Solar Energy
- Outstanding strategic planning and organizational skills
- You will need to juggle multiple projects in a continuously moving environment
- Provide leadership as part of a changing environment and coach and mentor people in their positions.
- You are a real team player and a deep sense of a collaboration in work; you like to work in a multi-skills and multicultural environment; respect is key for us
- First class people management skills, and work with everyone at all levels in the organization with a calm, efficient and courteous manner
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Lead an organizational culture of collaboration, both internally and externally.
- You are good at analysing the markets and understanding what customers want
- Proactive and self-driven
