En Noa´s Talent Recruitment seleccionamos Sales Manager, para importante empresa dedicada a la venta de plataformas y herramientas ( con metodologías, como por ejemplo LEGO), de una educación diferente de inteligencia emocional, enfocada a clientes como docentes, formadores, colegios ( ordinarios y de Educación especial), centros de psicología, centros terapéuticos, asociaciones, fundaciones..) y qué éstos, puedan personalizar contenidos y adaptar el aprendizaje para cada uno de sus alumnos. Es el poder, de transformar la educación.

**Requisitos**:

- Estamos seleccionando una persona, con dotes comunicativas y comerciales, que le encante el contacto con las personas y le guste trabajar en equipo.
- Experiência demostrable en el sector Edtech ( Tecnología educativa), en departamento de ventas y preferiblemente, llevando procesos con B2B: Colegios, centros de psicología, terapéuticos, asociaciones, fundaciones, gobiernos...)
- Experiência en liderar equipos y ejecutando desde la fundación del mismo ( my hands on).
- Experiência con procesos de ventas desde scratch. Capaz de identificar qué funciona, qué no, iterar mensajes, precios, identificar canales..
- Experiência en manejo de herramientas: Zendesk, Brevo, HubSpot.
- Experiência trabajadas, desde ventas con departamentos de Producto, Tecnología y Marketing.
- Experiência en procesos de selección para incorporar a perfiles competentes para el equipo.
- Que le gusten los retos, llegar a los objetivos que uno/a mismo se marca.
- Que apueste por valores y una buena cultura de empresa.
- Con imaginación, para pensar nuevas formas de venta, nuevos mensajes, nuevos canales...
- Imprescindible Inglés alto fluido.
- Y que le guste pensar
- Residencia, en Valencia, Madrid o Barcelona.

**Funciones**:

- Las funciones y responsabilidades, que tendrá el/la Sales Manager serán:

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas y adaptadas a diferentes clientes B2B.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión del mercado para la solución del producto.
- Colaborar con los departamentos de Producto, tecnología Marketing para alinear estrategias y mejorar la propuesta de valor.
- Desarrollar, implementar, supervisar y optimizar los procesos de ventas.
- Participar activamente en la selección y formación de nuevos miembros del equipo de ventas.
- Liderar y motivar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar objetivos.
