**¿Qué se hace en la Business Line y en la unidad?**

La unidad de Order Management & Network tiene la misión gestionar a la red de PDS/instaladores/Small Technicians para todos los productos comercializados por Endesa X de segmento B2C. Entre todos los productos, se está poniendo foco en la Fotovoltaica y en la Aerotermia que consideramos claves para el desarrollo de la RED y alineados con la estrategia de la compañía. Para asegurarlo, la unidad de Order Management & Network gestiona la RED actual de instaladores de FV, y debe asegurar la capilaridad adecuada con nuevos instaladores, que garantice los objetivos de ventas de FV y Aerotermia del Canal Técnico y la instalación de éstas y de las ventas que vengan de otros canales, y que aseguren el objetivo anual. Además, de realizar el seguimiento de la actividad comercial y de instalación, con el objetivo de ofrecer un servicio de excelencia al cliente.

**¿Qué se hace en la Business Line y en la unidad?**

El departamento de Engineering & Technical Support de E-Mobility, forma parte de Endesa X y se encarga del diseño, y posterior ejecución, de las instalaciones y obras asociadas a la infraestructura de recarga que cubran las necesidades de nuestros clientes externos e internos.

Realizar toda la actividad relativa a la selección y gestión de proveedores tanto para la ingeniería, como para la instalación eléctrica y equipamiento asociado.

Dar soporte técnico general al resto de funciones de la unidad, siendo la máxima referencia para aspectos técnicos, tanto relativos a la infraestructura de recarga como a la instalación eléctrica asociada.

Definir la solución técnica a implementar en cada una de las instalaciones.

Gestionar, controlar y dar soporte, durante la ejecución de los proyectos y obras de cada instalación por parte de empresas colaboradoras en ingeniería, instalación y prevención de riesgos laborales.

Gestionar y hacer seguimiento tanto de la permisología necesaria con las Administraciones pertinentes, como de las relaciones con las compañías distribuidoras de energía eléctrica, cuando sea necesario.

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**

ACTIVIDADES BÁSICAS

El objetivo es disponer de la infraestructura necesaria para poder alimentar con energía eléctrica nuestros hubs de cargadores para vehículo eléctrico, para lo cual será previsible ejecutar líneas eléctricas (aéreas y/o subterráneas) y centros de transformación de media tensión. Para lo cual en esta función:

- Realizarás funciones de interlocución con las compañías distribuidoras para negociar con ellas las condiciones técnico-económicas de conexión a la red de distribución de media tensión de las instalaciones de recarga que así lo requieran.
- Interactuarás y realizarás todos los trámites oportunos con la Administración pública dentro de la ejecución de las obras de tu responsabilidad. Gestionando toda la perisología con administraciones como Ministerio de Transportes, Delegaciones de Industria, Ayuntamientos y Diputaciones. (Afecciones de carreteras, Autorizaciones, Permisos de obra, etc..).
- Coordinarás a los contratistas para la correcta ejecución de las actividades en campo y velarás por el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y prevención laboral.
- Visitarás las instalaciones y velarás por el cumplimiento de la normativa de PRL.
- Gestionarás y solicitarás las licencias de obra, permisos de carreteras, autorizaciones de industria, licencias de actividad comercial, etc...
- Controlarás y vigilarás el estado de los trámites administrativos previos a la realización de las obras asignadas.
- Harás de interlocutor con terceras partes para negociaciones de servidumbres de paso, etc.
- Asumirás la función de jefe de obra, en las obras de construcción asignadas.
- Realizarás informes de actividad relacionados con tus obras.
- Controlarás y vigilarás los plazos de ejecución de las obras.
- Controlarás y vigilarás los níveles de calidad y medioambiente establecidos en tus obras.
- Controlarás y vigilarás estado de los trámites administrativos finales de las obras asignadas.
- Coordinarás la puesta en marcha de la instalación
- Realizarás el control económico (coste/venta) de las obras asignadas.
- Harás el seguimiento de las novedades legislativas que surjan.
- Resolverás incidencias y reclamaciones generadas en tus obras.
- Coordinarás con los clientes/partners los inicios de los trabajos.
- Terminadas las obras verificarás su perfecto estado y el pago con proveedores.
