**Head of Operations**

Based in our Barcelona office, we’re looking for a Head of Operations to play a pivotal role within our leadership team at Treatwell. Responsible for optimising and orchestrating the operations of our service centres across multiple countries including Spain, Tunisia and Germany, we’re looking for someone to lead our continued expansion and elevate our existing operations teams of 120+ FTE’s.

You will have a significant impact on driving efficiencies, improving partner and customer satisfaction and contributing to the strategic decision-making process.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Designing and implementing streamlined team structures within the service centres, creating structural efficiencies to ensure optimal resource allocation, clear communication, and efficient workflows.
- Collaborating closely with Managing Directors to design a unified partner and customer journey, focusing on enhancing satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Leading the formulation and execution of a comprehensive Operations strategy, identifying process improvements and establishing KPIs to measure success and operational excellence across the entire business.
- Managing and mentoring large teams across multiple locations, emphasising after-sales enablement and operational performance whilst fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives results.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including Finance Ops, People Ops, and Data, located within the service centres to ensure their operational needs are met and integrated into the broader operational framework.
- Leading strategy discussions, presenting strategic options during decision-making meetings and executing initiatives at a global scale.

**About you**:

- Proven track record of successful leadership within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Extensive experience managing teams of more than 100 FTEs within a global environment, preferably in an ecommerce or marketplace environment.
- Strong expertise in operational excellence, process optimisation, and enhancing customer/partner satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present strategic options to executive leadership.
- High level of English proficiency both written and verbal.
