JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Tasks**:
- Manage day to day tasks internally within Hotelbeds and externally with innovation partners (Currently Wayra).- Support organisation of events and meetings internally in Hotelbeds as well as externally in our Innovation hubs in Palma & Madrid.- Support preparation of materials for meetings & events.- Coordinate control of merchandising with Events Analyst- Provide support and take down minutes of key meetings.- Make arrangements for meetings, presentations, seminars and trainings being organized, keeping the Innovation team informed where necessary.

Skills needed:
- 1-2 years’ experience working in an innovation environment or with entrepreneurs would be valuable but not a must- High aptitude for action-orientated research and analysis- Good time management and coordination skills- Excellent communication skills- Fluency in English, written and spoken- Proficient in MS Office- High level of pro-activity to support Hotelbeds ambitious innovation strategy
