Collaboration has been a key pillar to secure business between all divisions, customers and subcontractors. Because of the nature of the Defense business a set of collaboration tools not based on the cloud are needed for collaboration between all our divisions, customers, and suppliers. The domain TZIPV is responsible for Productivity & Visualization Solutions, including following additional areas:

- Collaboration solutions like SharePoint, Jira/Confluence
- Mobile App development & center of competence
- Common Working Environments (CWE) for specific programs like FCAS and Eurodrone.
- Visualization solutions - SAC, QlickSense, etc

This position requires identifying the potential risks of non-compliance, as well as a commitment to act with integrity, as this is the foundation of the Company's success, reputation and sustained growth.

Your Tasks:

- Defines the Service and Product Lines descriptions, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the product manager.
- Monitors, reports and manages the fulfillment of the SLAs.
- Manages actions for mitigation in case of non
- fulfillment in agreement with the product manager.
- Manages the maintenance cost allocation together with the business.
- Ensures services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage the budget to run the actual collaboration services
- Act as service owner of the actual collaboration tools based on Sharepoint 2010 in the divisional perimeter and spanish national perimeter.
- Support the decommissioning of the actual tools based on sharepoint and migration of the users to the new collaboration tools
- Support the maintenance of the tool in order to have the highest standards of security in close collaboration with the Security department of IM.

Following basic requirements and preconditions are met for the advertised position:

- Strong competence in agile methods for smooth cooperation with the business
- Use of Sharepoint and knowledge of the tool.
- 5 years of experience in service management
- Translation of customer requests into concrete IM requirements / improvements
- 5 years of stakeholder management experience due to complex organizational structures
- 3 years’ experience in cost control of service budget and licenses
- 3 years of project management experience
- English and Spanish negotiation level required. French/German is a plus.
- Software and IT development experience.

Priority will be given to employees whose position is impacted by a workforce adaptation initiative.
