David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Support Associate for their Barcelona office.
Position: Customer Support Associate
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
- Follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
- Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projects where requested
- Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime
- Attend regular Team Meetings
- Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Comfortable working in a customer service environment
- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
