The Role

As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline - performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Who You Are

Minimum 6 years of experience in process planning and administration.
- BMC Control-M V9.19 and higher.
- Experience in Upgrade and migration of the Tool.
- Experience with APIs, Developer manager,
- Experience with Pluying (AppIntegrator, MFP Enterprise, Sap/R3, INFORMATICA, IICS).
- Tickting; Remedy, Maximo, ServiceNow and Jira.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Elaboration of reports (Reporting Tool Control-M and BBDD).
- Experience in dealing with end customers (Health Insurance sector).
- Availability for Stand-By and Scheduled Jobs out of hours).
