**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Sales Strategy and Operations or Consulting
- Experience building reporting dashboards and writing SQL queries

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with analysis or business intelligence tools including dashboards, spreadsheets, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity and structure as you go
- Ability to create and foster cross-functional networks and manage without authority
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at senior stakeholders level
- Excellent analytical and program management skills

- Run EMEA-wide cross-functional projects such as cadence coordination, analytical agenda, operations enablement, and improvements.
- Design, run, and execute a flawless business reporting cadence.
- Support Sales leadership on their key initiatives.
