**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Receiving calls, **assisting remotely** and responding to electronic requests
- Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service as soon as possible
- Perform **remote cleaning** as indicated
- Resolve problems from the first call, as far as possible, using the knowledge retained during the training and searching through the available documentation.
- Record problems in the database
- Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization
- Revision, analysis and scoring of **interactions **using latest AI technology
- Provision of **compliance and quality c**oaching to Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical staff
- Identify recurring **non-compliant patterns** within established guidelines.
- Host compliance calibration sessions with staff.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given.
