**Country Manager Iberia - Johnson Controls Hitachi**:
**What you will do**

There is an exciting opportunity for a Country Manager to provide leadership and direction. You will implement a sales and operational strategy, hold accountability for sales planning, account management, forecasting and market development. The Country Manager will drive growth plans across Iberia (Spain & Portugal). You will be responsible for an established team and focus on inspiring and influencing your team to help them drive our growth strategy.

A critical part of the role is managing all operational activities, including being responsible for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets. You will agree annual budgets and produce a detailed operating plan outlining monthly, quarterly and annual targets. You will lead, recruit and manage staff alongside client facing activities.

**How you will do it**
- Under general direction meets or exceeds revenue, gross margin, cash flow and SINC plans and profitably grows the business on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Provides leadership, direction and implements sales and operations strategies utilizing the tools and processes for driving sales planning, account management, forecasting discipline, market development, and operational discipline to ensure plan achievement.
- Develop and manages multiple channel partner and engage to drive revenues and profitability objectives.
- Analyzes market trends and opportunities to increase market share and meet revenue objectives.
- Responsible for planning and establishing relationships with customers, in order to understands customer´s requirements and appropriately matches JCH solutions to meet customer needs.
- Drives the sales of the entire portfolio of JCH product and service offerings to create business advantage and growth. Effectively utilizes available resources to provide the greatest return and makes necessary trade-offs to do so.
- Assesses the competitor´s activities and develop appropriate strategies with JCH products and services.
- Leads people within a culture of employee engagement that is safe, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
- Assesses the performance management indicators (KPI), in order to meet revenue objectives.
- Provides information and reports to inform management of sales progress and success.

**What we are looking for**

Bachelor’s Degree.

MBA Preferred.

Minimum ten years of management experience in the HVAC and service relatedindustries in sales, operations with demonstrated results in a management role with significant supervisory responsibility for productivity and development of others.

Experience in international companies with matrixial organization.

Manufacturing & physical products development experience.

Comfortable building Relationships with Executive and Senior Management.
