**MARKETING & COMMUNICATION INTERN**

Reports to: MARKETING & COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR

**MISSION**

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing Department. The primary responsibility for this position is to help in the execution of the marketing plan activations across the market to secure brand awareness, drive revenue and increase engagement with an omnichannel approach.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**

Support the implementation of the marketing strategic plan for Iberia alongside Marketing Manager
- Implement our Client Experience in Retail and Wholesale through the right investment and strategic activation
- Elevate brand perception & sales through a comprehensive program - Focus on reaching sales target

Support the Execution of Events, PR and Media Plan.
- Implement & measure the digital marketing & SoMe strategy locally
- Responsible with the marketing marketing on the local IWC events with a 360 approach & focus on brand awareness, notoriety and ROI
- Animate the press network, manage PR day to day & our ambassadors/VIP
- Support Internal Retail team with PR activities

Support CRM activations
- Participate in the development and execution of the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across channels with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development. Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns.
- Sales CRM campaign in Retail and develop the tools for CRM with Wholesale
- Ability to understand the customer target, oversee the campaign set-up process through end-to-end coordination.
- Strong focus on tracking and reporting on campaign activity and results to measure their effectiveness and identify improvements for future [cross-marketing] campaigns.
- Support discussions and activities to ensure the customer experience across the entire journey.
- Maintain and build the positioning/branding in all executions.
- Create, implement and coordinate content across marketing channels.
- Support Implementation of the trade marketing plan WS per account and the activation plan for our retail channels- Set up and implement a Boutique Marketing plan with Retail team to improve sale results
- Follow VM annual plan and supervise the excellence in execution + optimize visibility
- Oversee the trade projects (Shop in Shop) with HQ, Suppliers and retailers
- Effective ROI analysis with sales department to provide specific recommendation and key learnings

Your profile:

- Bachelor degree (Marketing, Business analytics )
- Knowledge of CRM tools preferred
- Experience in luxury preferred
- Analytical & entrepreneurial profile that, creatively, seek growth, new business and branding.
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Team player who enjoy developing others
- Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese or French would be a plus.
